I just order an EZIP Trailz bicycle and after reading all negative comments and battery issues, I wish I never ordered it. I mean a $1000 for a bike with li-ion battery??? Come on guys. I know you need profit but not to the expense of losing your business reputation. I could have bought an scooter with $700.00 Now, I feel I wasted my money and will return it as soon as I recieve the bike.

Who did you purchase the bike from? Because you didn't purchase from us...

I'm not sure who you're directing your frusteration at. If you would have spoke to us first, we could have told you all about the EZIP Trailz (and other models). And for the record, the EZIP Trailz is a $400-$500 bike. So are you referring to other models that cost over $1000?

Any bike that cost over $1000 will have a much higher quality Li-Ion battery. This is the biggest factor in pricing and there's no way around it (unless you purchase a bike like the EZIP Trailz with a heavy, out-dated SLA battery). Li-Ion is expensive! But it's much lighter and lasts 3-4 times longer. We have no control over prices. Actually, we have most of our prices set to the minimum advertised price (MAP) set by the manufacturers.
