 Unlike many online retailers, eCo Wheelz has a physical retail store where we assemble and service everything we sell. Feel free to give us a call (or send an email) if you have any questions. If you live in the Detroit Area, please stop by and see our products in person and take a test ride.
For those who live elsewhere, we can ship our fun and eco-friendly products right to your doorstep (more on shipping). We accept all major credit cards and payments are processed safely and securely via Authorize.net or Paypal. Plus, our website is protected by SSL security technology, so you can be sure all your personal information is safe.
Although it's normally cheaper to order our products online, here some factors to take into consideration if you can visit us in person:
- Full Assembly - Everything in our retail store is fully assembled, shop tuned and ready-to-ride. Online orders are unassembled and shipped in a box.
- Access to Service - Retail customers have access to experienced technicians who can provide advice or troubleshoot and repair any item they purchase. Online customers can contact us by email or by phone, but repairs must be handled directly by the customer or by a local bike / repair shop.
