eCo Wheelz, Inc. was founded in 2007 by the father and son team of Craig and Jeremy Panizzoli. They're joined by grandfather Ernie Panizzoli and several shop assistants.

A Plymouth local with a passion for riding and the outdoors, Jeremy was first introduced to e-bikes by his father after he discovered electric bicycles in Europe. He quickly fell in love with the concept and they devised a plan to bring e-bikes to the Detroit area. An experienced e-bike expert and bicycle enthusiast, Jeremy spent time in the Navy and found later success in Internet advertising where he continues to run a small online marketing firm. He plays a vital role in daily business operations, and his advertising and marketing expertise are a driving force behind the "brand". You're sure to find him on the sales floor interacting with customers, but he spends much of his time on the phone dealing with vendors, answering emails, updating the website or working on exciting new marketing strategies.
Craig Panizzoli, Vice President & Founder
Craig Panizzoli spent 33 years as an engineer at Metaldyne
and was hit hard by dramatic changes in the auto industry. He teamed up with Jeremy to help spread the word about e-bikes with his extensive technical knowledge and sales experience. Frustrated by high energy prices and the effect they've had on our economy, he is working hard to educate customers about e-bikes and other alternative forms of transportation. He is a passionate salesperson with a vast range of product knowledge and mechanical expertise. You're likely to find him on the sales floor with customers or overseeing service in our maintenance shop.
