Standard Shipping (3 - 10 days)
All items ordered from our website before 11AM EST will arrive in approximately 3-10 business days. We do not ship on Weekends or Holidays.

* Although the delivery estimates listed above are normally accurate, we cannot guarantee your order will arrive within these time frames. Please contact us first to verify availability or to ensure we can process your order by a specific date (if required).
International Shipping
We are unable to ship to an international mailing address or accept payment from credit cards or debit cards with international billing address. This includes neighboring countries such as Canada and Mexico, and all overseas military addresses.
Order Cancellations
Please contact us ASAP to cancel your order! Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of payment! If your order has not been processed, you will obtain a full, no-hassle refund. Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will be responsible for return shipping, and in some cases a 15% restocking fee will apply (see below). Please allow 2 to 3 business days for refunds to be fully processed and approved. You will be notified by email once your refund has been issued.
Item Returns
We only accept returns of un-opened and un-used merchandise in the original packaging. Since every item we sell is covered by a manufacturer's warranty, replacement parts can be sent to fix or repair damaged items at no cost. Original shipping fees (including "free shipping" costs) are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping and must contact us within 14 days to process and complete a return.
A 15% restocking fee may apply under certain conditions. If we carry the item in our retail store, restocking fees will not apply to new, un-opened merchandise. For items available only online, a 15% restocking fee will apply to all returned merchandise.
* We do not accept returns of electric bike or scooter parts. All parts are tested before shipment and most inlcude a 30-day warranty. They can be replaced if necessary-- but they are non-refundable. Please choose your parts wisely or contact us for assistance. |
