Every product sold by eCo Wheelz, Inc. is covered by a manufacturer's warranty - unless clearly specified otherwise. Typically, manufacturer's warranties cover the cost of parts - but not labor (see details below). If labor is not covered, eCo Wheelz will cover the cost of labor for in-store customers for the first 30 days (receipt is required). Afterwards, customers are responsible for the cost of all labor and service items.
For online customers, most warranty claims can be filed directly with the manufacturer. Below you'll find details about individual manufacturer's warranties - along with technical support and customer service information (if available).

Item Returns: We only accept returns of un-used, un-opened merchandise in the original packaging. Since every item we sell is covered by a manufacturer's warranty, replacement parts can be sent to fix or repair damaged items at no cost. Original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping and must contact us within 30 days to process a return. A 15% restocking fee may apply.
